Returns & Refunds

We appreciate your business and want you to be happy and try some excellent gourmet hot sauces. Feel free to reach out at any time to info@juniesgormet.com if you have any questions or issues with something you've ordered.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you have any issues with your order, please email info@juniesgourmet.com within 15 days of your delivery to start a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your product arrives damaged, please reply to your order confirmation email with pictures of your damaged goods. In the pictures, please include the damaged box and shipping label showing tracking number.  We will replace the damaged item(s) free of charge.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a seven (7) of days of approval.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
